Kicking things off, Jill showcases the new CINCH Barn Coat for men. Unlike traditional canvas coats that are stiff and bulky, this Barn Coat is made from a unique poly-cotton canvas with a durable water-resistant finish. The poly-cotton canvas isn’t heavy or stiff like regular canvas and that allows the jacket to move with you which is especially important when you’re engaging in physical tasks. The material also helps block the wind and wicks moisture so it will keep you warm and dry. Adding an extra layer of warmth, the jacket is lined with a brushed twill plaid that makes it easier to maintain your heat. The black and carmel colored coat also has a storm flap, zippered pockets and adjustable cuffs.
Next, Jill goes modern vintage with the men’s Corduroy Trucker Jacket. This jacket is equal parts nostalgic style and present-day function. The soft Sherpa lining throughout the coat makes it great for cold weather and the addition of a durable water-resistant finish helps repel Mother Nature to ensure that your warm Sherpa lining will stay dry. It has a snap up front and adjustable cuffs and is a nod to everything you love about the old school look, but with modern features that make it even more functional.
CINCH’s 3-in-1 Jackets for both men and women are a great way to wade through the seasons in comfort. Jill says that the 3-in-1 is exactly what it sounds like – multiple pieces that can be worn separately or together that provide three options in just one jacket. The exterior shell is a lightweight, water resistant material like you’ll find in CINCH’s popular bonded jackets. It wicks away moisture, cuts the wind and looks sharp. The inner layer is a removeable quilted polyfill jacket with pockets that will keep you warm. Both layers can be worn separately as the weather dictates, or together for the ultimate wind blocking, blizzard proof jacket. Although it’s a multi-layer system, it’s not bulky or restrictive and gives you all the range of motion you need as you recreate or work outdoors. Jill highlights how this system easily takes you from season to season and accommodates weather extremes.
If you’re looking for the warmth that down provides, CINCH has a lofty selection of down jackets for both men and women. In both mid-weight and heavyweight hooded offerings, the men’s and women’s down jackets have 800 powerfill, a quilted poly-nylon ripstop exterior fabric and a Teflon coating inside the jacket to prevent feathers from poking through the jacket and flying out. A windproof membrane creates a barrier for piercing winds and the durable water-resistant finish keeps you dry. Jill highlights the versatility of the jacket and its ability to transition from cool mornings to warmer afternoons. The men’s heavyweight jacket is available in black and the mid-weight jacket in a heathery gray. The women’s heavyweight jacket comes in black and the mid-weight jacket in a vibrant teal.
Finally, Jill talks layering with CINCH’S polar fleece pullovers for the whole family. Polar fleece is warm, layers well and has all the comfort and versatility of a hoodie. Jill says CINCH has fleece for men, women and kids and their offerings have been very popular which means availability may be limited so be sure to jump on these while you can. Each fleece has a large snap open placket that extends about a third of the way down the neck/chest and it provides a generous amount of room at the neck when wanted but snaps up quickly and easily to block out wind and cold when necessary. Women’s fleece is available in two different patterns, a coral/blue/white blanket stripe pattern or a jewel-toned Western print. Men’s fleece can be purchased in a navy/red blanket stripe pattern or a turquoise/rust blanket stripe pattern. You can also pick up fun pattern fleece pullovers for the kids.
