Listen in as he discusses an incredible hunt for Pacific Brandt at the wintering grounds of San Quintin Bay, Mexico. It's here that there is the largest concentration of Pacific Brandt once the birds have migrated from Alaska. Nate talks about the amazing birds, incredible scenery and fantastic experience. He also discusses the great opportunities to be had in Argentina where seasons open long before those in the U.S. and how different the overall experience is based on the broad range of species available there. If you have a passion for waterfowl, Nate says Argentina is a bucket list location. He also briefly discusses the wingshooting in Uruguay, a high volume duck hunting experience, and the interesting aspects of that hunt.
Finally, Nate brings it back to the U.S. and talks about the upcoming teal seasons. He notes that blue-winged teal may be his favorite to film as they are very agile, very maneuverable and hard to hit. In particular, he talks about Rocky Creek Retrievers, one of his favorite teal hunting destinations and the experience that this Texas guiding business provides for avid waterfowlers.
