Clover plots aren't just for Booner bucks, they're also a great place to hunt turkeys. At six-years old, Lee and Tiffany's son Cameron is already earning his hunting chops. While their kids hunt with them regularly, this spring was the first time that Cameron was able to be the actual hunter. Tiffany says they got him his first gun, a .20 gauge shotgun, last fall and he started practicing with it. From there, he was able to get out during youth season this spring and try his hand at turkey hunting. Lee and Tiffany talk about the experience and highlight how Cameron was able to pull out the win and bag his first bird.
Lee and Tiffany also highlight their new behemoth of a waterfowl blind, the Concealed Comfort Steel Hunting Pit. Although they are legends in the whitetail world, their outdoor interests expand beyond deer. Lee says he grew up hunting more waterfowl and upland game than deer, so having a nice blind makes it possible for them to take advantage of the waterfowling opportunities that present themselves during their busy fall and winter hunting seasons.
