Now in its second season, "Viral Outdoors" captures all of the best hunting, fishing and outdoor video content on the internet and brings it together to create a wildly entertaining show. The show is all about everyone else's outdoor adventures and experiences - the good, the bad and the ugly. That's what makes it so entertaining, Matt says, it's about "you" and not the host. This show is a hat tip to everyone out there filming their experiences and adventures with their cell phone, GoPro, etc., and then sharing them. The result is a show stacked with highly entertaining self filmed hunting and fishing mishaps, awesome catches, kids in the outdoors, bear attacks and anything else that goes viral, or deserves to be seen, in the outdoor environment.
Not entirely comprised of bloopers or fails, Matt says he likes to showcase great moments in the outdoors with kids, too. Whether it's a first deer or fish or just a great experience, it's fun to see kids get outside. Matt says he hopes that the show can help inspire a new generation of outdoor enthusiasts. Anything they can do to be a part of encouraging kids to get outside, he says, that's an agenda they want to be a part of.
Matt says he and co-host Sydnie Wells spend a lot of time compiling video clips so they can put together the best show possible. While they find a lot of that footage online, he also encourages people to send in their own footage for consideration. Matt says they receive a lot of messages through email, Facebook and Instagram with people eager to share their personal videos. Keep your phones ready to film, he says, and start filming all your outdoor adventures.
Tune in as Matt Busbice joins The Revolution to talk about the all new season of "Viral Outdoors" on Outdoor Channel, Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. ET.
