DIY Fish Trap

January 5, 2017

Survival expert and three-time New York Times bestselling author, Tim MacWelch, phones The Revolution to discuss primitive outdoor skills and how it's feasible to construct a homemade fish trap that could ultimately stave off starvation in a survival situation.

Tim says that resourcefulness is key in survival and learning how to spot and use nature’s elements and discarded litter to your advantage could mean the difference between making it out alive or dying. Tim will, step-by-step, walk us through the entire process of constructing a fish trap, how to properly set it, and how to use heat-less dry smoke to preserve our catch.
