With season one of "Mountain Top Outdoors" in the books, Jeremiah says he is trying to stack the deck in his favor and put the pieces together for another successful hunting season. He'll hit the road this fall and film his hunts to share with viewers on season 2 of "Mountain Top Outdoors". Last year he spent 79 days on the road chasing hunting seasons across the country and had a banner year. He notes it will be hard to top the success he had with whitetails last year, but he's ready to try and he has some great hunts lined up.
With summer upon us, camping season has officially arrived and millions of Americans will be taking to the great outdoors in the next few months to unplug, recreate and enjoy nature. Jeremiah says he grew up camping and still does today with his wife and kids. However, he notes that camping has changed since he was young thanks to campers/trailers with modern amenities. These homes away from home have made camping more comfortable, enjoyable and also make it possible to stay out in nature longer than tent camping may allow. Jeremiah talks about the trailer he spent nearly 3 months living out of last hunting season and highlights the trailer he upgraded to this year that he'll be using throughout the camping and hunting seasons as he hits the road filming for season 2 of "Mountain Top Outdoors".
Listen in as Jeremiah Voithofer joins The Revolution this week to talk hunting, camping and cooking wild game. Be sure to watch season 1 of "Mountain Top Outdoors" on Sportsman Channel, Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. ET.
